Part 1: TECH (9:30-11:30 AM; $75) We shoot high definition vdeo above and below the surface to quickly analyze your strengths and weaknesses, then work with you hands-on in the water to adjust key elements of your technique. You'll swim easier and better within minutes. And with your take home video clips and our personal evaluation, you'll know just what to work on every time you get wet. Part 2: TRAIN (1:30-3:30 PM; $75) Technique is critical, but so are proper training methods that sharpen your skills and develop speed and endurance. Swimming fast isn't a mystery. There are specific, measurable objectives you can build into every practice session to ensure that your training supports your goals. We'll show you how with our SwimMetrics, a simple, accurate method to quantify your performance and determine a clear path to success. Have you hit a plateau? Are your workouts stale or unproductive? Sharpen your open water skills with Stroke Doctor coaches at the Palmetto Pavilion beach in Boca Raton. We'll set up a marked buoy course and review a host of open water skills, including entries/exits, sighting/navigating, and reducing stress and anxiety. Open water swimming can be both fun and pleasurable once you develop some simple skills and a little experience. We'll also include an extended guided swim so you can test your new skills.
