New! Learn to Swim Lessons for Kids!

We bring the same outcome-driven approach to your child's learn-to-swim experience in the comfort of our private, heated pool in Davie, FL. Other lesson programs reward flailing strokes. We teach balanced, skilled movement from day 1 to ensure that your child swims safely and confidently with beautiful form. Six 30 minute lessons/$195

Shared Lessons: Reinforce great swimming habits with a partner

Why not share lesson time with a training partner? Some of our biggest success stories come from training partners who shared their StrokeDoctor lessons. In your shared lessons you'll learn exactly what you need to do to improve. And as you practice between lessons you'll reinforce your lessons by teaching each other, giving you a "home" coach and a StrokeDoctor coach. That's a powerful dynamic guaranteed to make each lesson stick!

Total Immersion Freestyle Workshops: The Global Standard

Whether you're new to swimming or have years of experience, Total Immersion workshops provide the tools you need to become the best swimmer you can be. You'll learn the Total Immersion drill sequence under the expert guidance of TI Coach Gary Fahey. We focus on building efficiency into every move you make. Ti Freestyle workshops ($495) are two-day clinics and include:

7 hours of hands-on pool instruction

Multiple video analysis sessions

4 hours of classroom time, covering TI concepts, workout design, and Q & A sessions

Pre-workshop DVD, TI Self Coaching Manual, silicone TI swim cap, Fistgloves

Video Clinics: Permanent improvement in 3 hours

Give us three hours and we'll forever change the way you approach your swimming. With hands-on pool time and thorough above/below the surface video analysis, you'll see precisely what you need to do to improve. If you're an expert in need of a brush-up or a beginner looking to jumpstart your swimming, StrokeDoctor Video Clinics ($150) will transform the way you move in the water.

Masters SwimTeam:  Skill, Endurance, Open Water Readiness

Train under the guidance of 'Stroke Doctor' Gary Fahey and Broward Aquatic Head Coach Rob Emary at the Pine Island Pool in Davie, FL as part of the Broward Aquatic Masters Swim Team ($60/month).  Gary leads Tue/Thurs evening swims (6:30-7:30 PM) with a focus on technique and proper energy systems training.  Rob handles the early morning duties (5-6:30 AM) on Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri and emphasizes interval training and four stroke development.  That's a total of six coached workouts per week, only $2.50 per workout! NEW! Masters Video Nights:  Join us for monthy video nights, where we shoot high definition video to show you where you can make the greatest gains in stroke efficiency and speed. We'll prescribe drills that specifically address your individual needs, then use a post-video pool session to get right to work on making those changes.  Open to Broward Aquatic Masters members ($10) and non-members ($25).
